Hi I found the apartment very clean and neat. The service at both the head office when I picked up the keys as well as the cleaning staff who came to my room was great. The gentleman at the head office was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was great, great location and great facilities in the apartment, I felt at home immediatley. The only concern I have was that I wanted a double bed but instead there were two single beds pushed together which kep moving apart during the night, which made it relatively uncomfortable. I am returning to Prague in two weeks time, and would still like to use your company as everything else was perfect, I will just request that I get a double bed in the future instead of two single matresses. Apartment Old Town Square II (Two bedroom apartment for up to 8 guests)
The whole experience was just a pleasure, from the online enquiries, communication for change of dates and arrival pickups, to the acutal accommodation. There wasn't a bit of worry and I felt as if I had owned the whole survice team to work for me. The service is most appreciated. The apartment is so spacious for the whole family. It says two bedroom, but double the size of whatever you are imagining. And there is the washing machine and the free internet. What more can one expect on tour? The location is so convenient, right in the centre just behind the old town square, so we could take a short walk around anytime (anytime) we felt like to, totally effortless. If you travel with a family (or in a group), don't forget to book their airport pickup service. It is no more expensive than calling a taxi on the street, and they are there any hour for you, with a big Mec (in our case), taking you right to the doorstep of your apartment. It is highly recommended.

Apartment Jungmann I (Two bedroom apartment for up to 8 guests)
The apartment Jungmann I was beautiful with all the amenities and the location was great since all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance plus there was a MacDonalds right below the apartment, a KFC across the street and a sandwich shop nearby (my kids staple diet is fast food). We had a wonderful time in Prague and the apartment was great, everything else was great and if were to come again to prague we would definitely stay in the same apartment thanks. Philip V.

The apartment was really good, but I would like to say that the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work very good, so we had to spend a lot of time to have a hot shower. The rest was really nice and the airport transfer service was also so good.

These apartments are fantastic. We had two two-bedroom apartments and both families were very happy. The building is centrally located making it at walking distance to just everything. We were there for Christmas and management delivered a decorated tree to both apartments and a bottle each. What a lovely gesture. The only problem was leaving :-)

Lovely apartment, nice location. Had a wonderful Christmas break, we are hoping to come back to Prague one day and would definitely make use of your services again, you were extremely helpful prior to our arrival, the transport services were excellent, the guy was on time, car was nice and clean and driver friendly. The location is great, close to everything and we had a really enjoyable time. Prague is amaging. We did rub the statue on Charles Bridge's foot, so we will surely be back. :-)

The price for the Jungmann II apartment was fair. It has a good location. The condition of the apartment was good and the apartment was clean. Key handling on check out was easy. Secured (and cheap) parking was not easy to find.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic; very clean, warm and convenient to central Prague. Perfect for a week-long stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were only few English television channels available, but who wants to spend time watching TV in Prague? Definitely worth the 5-star rating.

Apartments Masna I (Studio apartment for up to 2 guests)
We very much enjoyed the apartment Masna I. It was large, clean, and quiet and accessible to many sights in Prague. One suggestion I would offer is to have some written directions for the washing machine since it's very different from those used in the U.S. We used it, but the cycle took 4 hours which couldn't possibly be the way it should run. You might have a maintenance person take a look at it. One other little detail that you might share with Americans before leaving your office is that the door latch needs to be turned TWICE around to unlock the door, not once as we are used to. I know the information is in the packet, but we didn't read the packet before going to the apartment and it was rather frustrating trying to get in after a long flight and in the dark hallway. We would definitely come back and stay in that apartment or another. Thanks for your kind service.

Karlova 33 apartment was lovely and spacious but there were no instructions on how to operate the heating or lighting. We found that before the cooker worked the lights had to be turned on and we could not turn on any of the main lights in the bedrooms. A sheet with instructions would have helped. Otherwise a great apartment in a central location and good value.

Although we were a bit confused at first upon entering the apartment building ... part of Hotel Elysee ... we were very pleased with the accommodations and the security features. We found the apartment to be very quiet at night which was good for sleeping. Everything was extremely clean and orderly. We were told that there would be an oven but as hard as we searched we couldn't find it!! Also were expecting laundry service but not offered or mentioned. Very convenient location, very nice apartment and furnishings indeed.

Apartment Jakubska II (Two bedroom apartment for up to 7 guests)
The apartment was in a great location right in the Old Town of Prague, just minutes from the main square. The apartment is large, clean and had all the amenities needed. Being able to arrange a transfer from the airport take us to the office and then the apartment was also very helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage at the office for safekeeping as we were not leaving Prague until late in the evening. My only suggestion would be to leave information for guests regarding where to get groceries, internet cafe and maybe some restaurant recommendations etc. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Prague. Thank-you.

Apartment Ve Smeckach (Four bedroom apartment for up to 21 guests )
12 of us travelled from Ireland and stayed in apartment ve smeckach for a weekend and it was perfect. First they had arranged for us all to be picked up at the airport and dropped us off right at the airport where we were greeted by this dude who showed us around the apartment and gave us all a key...very handy! The apartments themselves were class very clean, very spacious with fantastic facilities. Can't speak highly enough of this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Prague as it is also situated slap bang in the centre of the new town square.Great city,great apartment and a great time!

Apartment Karolina I (One bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests )
This was a beautiful apartment in a perfect and quiet location of Prague. Everything including Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, and Old Town Square were only a few blocks away. The apartment was completely furnished and maintained to perfection daily. I was extremely impressed with the service they provide and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Praha!

Apartment De La Beaute (Two bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests)
Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and had all the amenities available. It was very centrally located. Unfortunately there was building construction and it was very noisy early in the morning. Check in time was 2pm and we arrived at 10am, so there was a long wait to get to the apartment, the check in clerk was not very pleasant. Overall it was a very good stay, and would probably stay there again.

Apartment River View Grande (Three bedroom apartment for up to 7 guests, max 10)
The apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. There were a couple of minor issues such as door handles not being properly attached to internal doors and the door handle in the bathroom was too close to the wall which made it very difficult to open from the inside, however, on the whole we were very impressed for what we got for our money. We also appreciated the promptness and the courtesy displayed by the drivers who tranported us to and from the airport. Many thanks

Apartment Pstrossova was great - a great size, great location and clean. Ideal for groups of young people who don't mind sharing bedrooms as although it sleeps around 7 people there are only two bedrooms.

Apartments Janacek III (Three bedroom apartment for 8 guests, max 12)
Great apartment, close to the river in a quiet but central location. Just a 10 minute stroll accross the bridge to the square or explore the castle and 'eiffel tower' on the apartment side of the river. The apartment itself is large, with tall ceilings and plenty of room for a big group. Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but on the whole it was clean and came equipped with everything you need; an ideal base to explore Prague. Would recommend the booking agents too - hassle free transfers to and from the apartment, early check-in and easy payment. All in all we were very happy customers!

Very nice apartment. Very well located in the city, not too much into the noise of the center but at a walkable distance of the old city. There is a Tesco supermarket nearby wich is helpful too. Inside it is large enough, much bigger than a hotel bedroom anyway, kitchen and bathromm ok. The furnitures are not amazing but still ok though.

Nice big 3-bedroom, apartments with convenient location, nice view on the river & comfortable beds. Ourrating is 4/5. There is some little cavils, maybe useful to someone: if you had a light sleep choose bedroom farest from entrance - sounds from stairs may be loud; take iron and hairdryer from home if you need it; internet connection is wired, socket is in living room, near tv-set; there was no frying pan in kitchen (but who wants to cook in Prague? ;))

1. Situation considering walking distance to center was OK 2. No view to outside was not so nice 3. Mattresses where very hard 4. Towels etc was sufficient. 5. Shower OK 6. The appartment was very nice and central, everyone very helpful and responded immediately to any problems e.g. there were no extra blankets in the appartment, the safe had been left shut by the previous occupants, the coffee machine was missing - all this was sorted out with minimal fuss, but may I suggest that these things are all checked off a check list before new occupants arrive? The kitchen was adequate and apart from the missing coffee machine well equipped (although some tea towels would be nice).

L'appartement est tres propre, spacieux, silencieux, situé au bord du fleuve, face a la maison qui danse (Fred et Ginger). A moins de 10 minutes a pied des transports en commun (métro ou tram)et a 15 minutes a pied du pont Charles. Location parfaite a tous points de vue. Nous étions 6 dans 140 m2.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, quiet, located on the the river side, opposite the dancing house (Fred and Ginger). Less than 10 minutes walk from public transport (tram or underground) and 15 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Perfect location from all points of view. We were 6 in 140 m2.

Apartment Prague Ostrovni (Two bedroom apartment for 4 guests - max 6)
Everything about the apartment was good except for the hot water (it took a while for the boiler to prepare hot water). In rest, everything was perfect: very spacious apartment, great location, very comfortable beds, very good kitchen facilities and perfect bathroom facilities (except for the hot water). The only really sensible subject is that of parking. The fact that we had to ensure parking by ourselves (the owner helped us by providing us with a few suggestions) was a real problem. In rest, Thank you very much for providing us with GREAT conditions at a good value for our money.

Apartment Janacek III (Three bedroom apartment for 8 guests - max 12)
These apartments are NOT suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties! The apartment are gorgeous spacious and clean. They have high ceilings jacuzzi bath power shower. Heating balcony and comfy beds. The location is brilliant and quieter than the tourist bit. But due to the high ceilings they are noisy and we were woken each night by large groups getting in after us. King wensaslas apartments responded to my emails day or night and were very good however the apartments are actually owned by another firm who have slightly different prices and the two don't seem to communicate too well. They also use a third party for transfers so check costs and they will bill you to move your luggage from apartment to office on check out day so take it over yourself. Basically if stairs aren't a problem (lift stops between floors) take ear plugs and print out confirmation documents with agreed prices and you'll have a good time in a gorgeous apartment.

Apartment Karlova 33 (Three bedroom apartment for 6 guests - max 8)
The apartment was situated in exactly the right place and was extremely well equipped. It was spacious and with a party of six there was plenty of room. It would have been nice to have satalite tv (as it rained). The fridge was not cold enough it seems to be stuck on +2 which was not cold enough to chill our wine we had to put it in the freezer! Apart from that the rooms and bedding were clean and we would most certainly reccomend it to any of our friends who are looking to stay in Prague. When the lift got jammed someone came within the hour to mend it. Some instructions on how to actually access the apartment from the street would have been useful as we didnt realise we had to pass the card over the access light. Finally when we called into the office for the key we were very impressed with the efficiency of the staff there and the help they gave us and also when we rang to book our taxi back to the airport which arrived on time and was very comfortable. Many thanks for making our stay in Prague so enjoyable - if we decide to come back we will book with you again. Best regards Pete Randall

Very comfortable for 3 single women, though lack of privacy a slight disadvantage. We suggest the internal glass doors could be curtained. Convenient, attractive, reasonably well-equipped. A coffee-making machine would have been a bonus. Minor grumble- the young man who showed us round never returned to remove the laundry bag from previous tenants, OR give us the 30 CzK in change he owed us! 8 out of 10!

We enjoyed our stay in Prague, the apartment was nice and the customer service was very good, very welcoming. I must add that on the first night was loud and noisy (people running up and down the stairs, screeming, laughing..., it sounded like a young group of people having fun.... Glad to say that it was only on that night. I would recommend a better set of cooking pots and pan, specially when accommodating a family. It was a good experience, Prague is beautiful.... Thank you for your excellent customer service, unfortunately, we were not able to meet with you. There will be a next time, and I promise to let people I know about your service/business.

Hi We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was clean and very central. The only problems we had were that one of the bedrooms has no handle on the inside of the door and for a while we were locked in! Also we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment and needed to call a locksmith. It would be beneficial if you could put a warning notice on the inside to warn guests not to leave a set of keys in the door when they go out. Other than that it was a nice apartment. Thanks

Apartment Downtown II (Two bedroom apartment for 6 guests - max 8)
We enjoyed staying at the apartments, the location was good and we have visited that area of the city before. The accomodation was as described however the shower was broken in one shower room and the hot water ran out very quickly and was affected by two showers being used at the same time. There was also a lot of noise in the building from other guest and residents from accross the road were getting very upset by the noise from some guests who were locked out, the shouting started at about 4.30 and carried onto at least 6am Transfers to and from the airport were good and very reasonable prices.

Apartment Havelska (One bedroom apartment for 3 guests)
The location was great and our host quite polite and welcoming. He was also accommodating about our keeping our luggage in the apartment late. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The bathroom picture is not included on the Web site and I think that is a deliberate exclusion. The oven door nearly came out in my hand when I tried to open it. The apartment was shabby looking, the sheets had holes. These things do make an overall difference.

Hello, I am glad to take this opportunity to let you know that our stay in Prague was very enjoyable. The apartment was all that we could have hoped for. There are many things that made our stay comfortable. Firstly, the apartment itself was perfect for us with 2 adults and an infant. Secondly, it was modern, neat and tidy and set up well. It served our needs very well. The housekeeping was on-time and replenished some of our things for us, without us even asking. Lastly, it was in a great location for us and what we wished to do and the driver that apartment set-up was very convenient. In conclusion, it made our vacation that much better. Finally, I would like to add that Rached, in your office, helped us from the very beginning in every manner, usually within minutes of us sending an email! It was truly delightful to deal with someone who is so competent and friendly. Thanks again! Erin Robinson
