Great apartment!" This is a quality apartment in a very central location in Prague. The welcome was very warm from our host, and everything in the apartment was in working order aexactly as described. Probably not good for small children, but brilliant for adults!

Great apartment, great service! The photos don't really do this apartment justice, it's a big bright apartment with really good quality equipment everywhere. Small details can ruin a stay anywhere so it was great to stay somewhere where everything worked perfectly. Plenty of bedding, towels and hot water. Comfortable, clean sofas and beds. There are many good looking apartments in Prague that on arrival turn out to be a bit more tired and worn looking than in the photos - this wasn't one of themm - everything is better than expected. Highly recomended :)

Hello, The Stay was fine and is perfectly located in the center of Praha. Arrival is a little complicated as there is no sign at all in front and inside the building with the restaurant where you can see that you are in the correct house.

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The apartment also benefited from lots of space for our group to sleep/hang out. When booking the staff were very helpful and accommodating. On negative side there was no internet connection to be found in the apartment even though this was advertised and one of the key fobs to open the electric front gate didn't work (but we did have another two sets to choose from). If there is a large group looking to book this apartment then I would certainly recommend that you take advantage of the transfer service that Apartment Plan offer for a relative small price.

Amazing stay. On arrival I rang the contact and immediately was allowed into the room, no need to panic! The location was superb, giving you fantastic access to both the old town and new town, whilst being so close to the Tesco you needn't struggle with the weight of the shopping for long. Well worth arranging private transport via the agent, as this was both cheaper and more luxurious that the cabs at the airport. Would stay here again... The apartment itself was spacious and very secure. It was well cleaned for our arrival. For the price it can't be beaten. This was my 5th visit to Prague and accommodation wise, easily the best

The apartment, location and office staff were fabulous, the only minor suggestion would be, that for our 4 night stay, the cleaner might have paid more attention to the floors, apart from that, we could not fault the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back again and highly recommend you to everyone.

The apartment is in a good position close to most of the tourist points. It is nice, especially the bedroom upstairs; however, it needs to be renewed in some parts (bathroom). The place is not clean enough, the space for clothes is missing and every draws are full of bath towels.

Very satisfied with the high-quality of the property, felt happy to spend time in gorgeous space which has many attractive points. The exterior is elegant style of art nouveau. The location seems apparently outskirts of the Old Town, away from major flow lines of tourists but not inconvenient besides quiet, could feel like a hiding place. The property is located on the top floor of the building, has a terrace-style roof balcony. It has wonderful view of the Old Town--ranges of red roofs.

Everything was exelent! We where amazed when entering the apartment the first time. It was big, clean and different from "normal" apartments. For the first time ever the pictures of an apartment in the bookingstage did not lie! We also had a few local guests over who could not belive that we got such a nice place for that price. The service at the reseption was also outstanding. Exelent info and you could tell that the staff did their best to answer questions and fulfill requests. We will definetly choose Pinkas when visiting Prague the next time :)

The position is fantastic, within walking distance of all the main attractions, with the added bonus of trams leaving from the front door, and Mustek Metro just down the road. Will definitely use these apartments in the future. We were a little disappointed that the air-conditioning didn't work in one of the apartments, but other than this everything was great.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing stay in Prague. I had already expressed that to your management. The crucial utility of all tourists, apart from easy access to their accommodation, is faultless availability of water and showers. The shower head was completely dismantled on our arrival and took over 24 hours to repair it! This should not happen. The quality of mattresses in the second bedroom (not the master one) was abysmal. Obviously the apartment was converted either from a smaller one or subdivided. There is a need for specific instructions about the location of light switches and power points. Whilst Prague was gorgeous our accommodation "hiccups" took off a great deal of pleasure from our trip.

A pleasant apartment but it need some of the facilities upgrading. The hotplate for cooking is very old and broken, and you should warn people about the very low wooden beams. I am over 180cm tall and banged my head several times.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, with a good kitchen, in a good location to reach many of the main attractions and not too far from the tram. Also quiet at night, and with several good places to eat in the square. However, the apartment was completely different from the one described on the website! The website shows that the apartment has two separate bedrooms with independent access to the bathroom and a separate living area, which were specifically what we wanted. The actual apartment had a combined kitchen/diner/2nd bedroom, and access to the bathroom from the main bedroom/lounge was through the kitchen/bedroom. This part was a disappointment for us, and the website is completely misleading about this.

The apartment was extremely spacious and very clean and pristine. For our family of four, there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the skylight views of the city and the river. All the pictures accurately depict the apartment, althought the large openness is more than you can see from the pictures. I would definitely stay at the apartment again, it is very luxurious and a great value. We had one problem with the apartment managers -- our airport transfer went very well but no one came for our transfer to the train station. We had to hail a cab and were rushed to get our train.

The service with transfer from and to airport was perfect. The apartment itselfs was ok. Not to good and not to bad. One problem was with hot water in shower. It just went on for around 30 secunds and the it was cold again. Not special fun. It also smell quite a lot of mold in the bathroom. As we didnt cook anything in the apartment it was ok.

The location was perfect, preferred staying in the attic apt. no noise. Very inpressed with the pick up and delivery to and from airport. We just assumed there would be an internet connection and cable television, so we were constantly looking for internet cafe's, which was not convenient. The furniture was shabby and the air conditioning did not work. We had no way to call the office as there was no connunication in the apt.

Lovely Apartment - we stayed at Karolina ! last year also. This time when entering from the front door the sensor lights were not working so it was very dark and difficult to find the lift. This is not good for safety. The apartment was excellent. Simpler instructions for the washing machine would be good. Some more tea and coffee would also be good. Cheers Gilly Trist

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, it was exactly what we needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a good location just of Wenceslas Square. The airport pickup was perfect, the driver was waiting for us with the keys to the apartment so he took us straight there. We also arranged a pickup to take us back the airport which was also on time. All in all I highly recommend booking this apartment. Great value and exactly what we needed.

Great location, excellent apartment for a decent price and very helpful manager. Car transfer was also very good with direct transport in high-class cars (Mercedes, Audi or so). All in all totally recommendable. Only the tv was of poor quality, but the big screen partly made up for it. 9/10 with the quality of the tv as the only drawback!

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The location was sensational with the National Theatre and Charles Bridge only minutes away and whilst public transport was easily available it wasn't really needed such was the central location.Considering the size of this apartment, 2 bedrooms and an upstairs area as well as downstairs the price was very reasonable. The facilities allowed for self catering and the apartment was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely use it again when I visit Prague later in the year.

Everything was great, the apartment was superb, really nice, spacious and great design; everything was clean and proper and last but not least, it was very well located. Nevertheless, I think we should tell you hat the TV (may be it was the satellite) did not work; as well as the wifi connection. And we could not open the terrace doors; in one of them the handle was missing; and the other one could not be opened, the handle didn?t open properly (anyway it was too cold to be outside). The airport transfer was also great, really comfortable and on time. Thank you for everything and hope to go back soon!

Only complaint is beds, they were terrible with squeezes and noise and caused pain in back already after second night. Still good value for money considering the location.

As a suggestion, you might make available some basic consumables that are not such as sugar, cooking oil, wash powder, (coffee, tea bags), etc. Such goods that a tourist would need even during few days of stay, and if they buy they would use only in minimal part. Also, a lot of stuff (lamps) was broken - worsten the aspect of the house which is nice, instead.

The location was ideal; set right off the city centre within close proximity to the train station and metra. Neat, clean, and very comfortable space. The appartment was very basic,but clean and tidy.Towels were replaced midweek.The taxi service was brilliant and well worth the 27 Euros. Little shop next door was open till 2.00am. The appartment was excellently placed,just a few minutes from the Town Square. A good place to stay if you don't want a rowdy area. Our only small complaint is that a dvd player would have been useful as the only English speaking channel was BBC World News.

I stayed with a colleague in Templova 1 for about 4 nights. And I stayed with 4 colleagues in Templova 7 for 8 nights. We all loved the location of the apartment relative to the old town square and the metro station. It was easy for us to visit the many tourist locations and it was easy for us to attend our conference. We loved the church bells. If I go back to Prague, I will definitely reserve again in Templova. Vladimir was very nice and very helpful. Wifi access was very much appreciated. Overall, my roommates and I enjoyed the apartments!

Super service, that you offered to change the numbers of beds i the rooms - and did so to our great satisfaction. The room was spacious and it is within reasonable walking distances to the attractions nearby. I booked a Pinkas 3 initially but they gave me Pinkas 5 instead for the same price. My friends and I were satisfied for the value and comfort that we got. Point to note: A light display to show that the office is opened. I tried to knock on the office door to make payment one day but no one attended to me. Probably the office was "closed" at the opening hours.

Hi Rached, Our experience with the apartment booking, information & payment was very good. The apartment was very clean and had all the features we were expecting. Our only negative comment was the strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupants that lingered in the apartment and especially in the bedding. This was a bit unpleasant for a non-smoking family. The pick up that was booked on our arrival in Prague at the main railway station could have been improved by nominating a specific pick-up point (eg: at the Hungry Jacks cafe). Apparently the platfrom our train arrived on was changed at the last minute and the driver told us he therefore did not know where to meet us. However, after two phone calls all was resolved and we were transferred to the apartment. Overall, we had a very good experience. Thank you.

Apartments Le Royal 2, Prague
Except for a few loose tiles in the foyer, the inside of the apartment is very nice. As advertised. But the building seems very very old and a bit deserted. The stair was dusty with no foot prints. Seems a bit scary. Location is great. It is near the key pick-up/drop-off office. Near the tram stop. Walking distance to the old town square.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Apartment Karlova. The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean and well laid out. The transfer, check in and check out was all extrememly smooth too. Would not hesitate to recommend or use ApartmentPlan.cz again. Thanks again!

Nothing to say except everything was ok. We had some difficulty to find the best spot for wifi (on the toilet seat :) ). We had a very nice time in Praha one of the reasons being to have a nice apartment to come back after visits.

Nice place, good location, but remember to duck under the rafters and be in shape to climb all the stairs. Glad you have an all-night place to pick up the keys; that accommodated our late arrival after car trouble. It fit our needs well. Terry

Apartments Karlova Penthouse, Prague
The apartment was very well located right in the middle of Prague. It was spacious and clean. There was a problem with the television, but the staff came immediately to fix it. The biggest problem we had was that it was very hot. The fans were helpful but a little noisy. Ceiling fans might be a better solution.

However some improvements. * Air Conditioning was the only let down. * A security safe is always a good idea to have, cheap and piece of mind solution for guests. we had a great stay, we booked the 3BR apartment it was so spacious and comfortable. the apratment was so clean as well. when we arrived we had some waiting for us though we were late. vladimare was so helpful even when we asked for some extra stuff he was welcoming i will stay there again for sure AMR

Apartments Josefov 2, Prague
The location was great and service in terms of organising a transfer to and from the airport. Correspondance over email was also good. However, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and asked if this was appropriate for taking a baby too. Apartment Josefov is not a 2 bedroom apartment! It is a 1 bedroom apartment, with another area that has been created as a 2nd bedroom. This 2nd bedroom area has no door, therefore cannot be closed off. This caused us great concern, and we were very disappointed by this development as it really affected our stay in Prague. We explicitly needed and requested a 2 bedroom apartment as we were travelling with a baby who needs quiet, day sleeps and her own room. Overall this tainted our stay in Prague as the logistics of not having two seperate bedrooms caused us inconvenience which could have been avoided. Regards, Prue

We were very happy with apartment for our 3 days stay in Prague. Facilities were in order and the location was central, ideal for our first stay in the city. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful during the course of our brief stay. We took advantage of the arranged airport transport on departure; the driver was professional and the trip was trouble free.
