The apartment was OK, very good location and very spacious.
The problem was that for the first night our apartment was not ready and they gave us another one for just 1 night and then we had to move to the one we booked. This ***ged us to change our plans for the Sunday morning and the staff didn’t offer us any compensation for the trouble, and was not kind at all.

Also the duvets was very dirty.

Excellent Apartment.Perfectly located witin walking distance of all the "high"pots in Prague.
Well equpped with cutlery,crockery, pots linen and being a wine buff plenty of good wine glasses (our experience ie many apartments fall down on this important ingredient.)
Having it serviced every day & also providing an ironing service was a real bonus.
All the staff were very helpful.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

We enjoyed our time in prague.

The washing maching needs to be upgraded or serviced,as it did not spin the water out of the clothes.

As the weather was warm we enjoyed sitting on the terrace to have a drink in the afternoon

We Found this apartment via google and although there was only 4 of us there were plenty of beds! The apartment was clean and tidy and the decor was very bright but there was always something to look at.
We arrived quite late in the evening and talked with Mariek, He was fantastic, spent half an hour explaining the bet things to see and do in Prague and gave us simple to follow directions on how to get to the places we wanted to see. he was warm and welcoming just like the apartment. It was very chinsy which just added to the effect and you felt like you were a resident in Prague and not staying in some multi-chain hotel. I would recommend this place. It was right next to a train station and they ran all through the night, however if you are a light sleep, then choose a bed toward the back of the aparentment and it's not so bad.
I would definately stay here again and certainly book with Mariek again. 5 STARTS!!!!

Unfortunately the appartement was not clean. There were thick dust layers under the bed and in the bathroom.

Furniture and facilities were good and adequate

The apartment was an excellent getaway centrally located to Prague's main sites. The apartment was large, clean, well furnished and private. We loved coming back to the apartment after a busy day sightseeing in Prague. The apartment was very close to shopping and provided everything we needed for a great stay in Prague (we appreciated the coffee!). The check-in process was easy, and Vladimir gave us an excellent tour of the apartment and explained everything. We would highly recommend this apartment!

The internal of the apartment is new, clear and well looked after. It is spacious & bright, with nice river view. The kitchen is well equipped. It is easy enough to travel to tourist areas in Prague 1 on foot or by tram. The area itself is not in the main tourist area. There are no shopping or entertainment facilities “at the door step”. But it is safe, quiet and comfortable with quite a few restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay there for sure.

Daniella was wonderful. She came to meet us at the apartment, gave us all of the information we needed, and was very nice. She even came back to the apartment personaly to help my friends book an apartment for their last night in Prague. She arranged the transfer of their luggage, etc. We were very impressed with her efforts!

The apartment was as advertised. There were a few small things that should probably be fixed, including the large crack at the top of the stairs which was a bit of an eyesore and the drain in upstairs bathroom shower which would not open / close without a lot of effort. Everything else was quite nice.

I will definitely recommend the apartment (with the fixes above completed) and ApartmentPlan.cz to my friends and family.

Apartment is very beautiful! it is situated in the Centre of Prague, in a few minutes from Staromiastske nameste. So we needn't transport to get to all famous sightseens of Prague!

The apartment is in a top location close to all points of interest in old town and only a 8-10 minute walk from charles bridge. It is conveniently located close to bars and restaurants but it's not noisy late at night. The first floor of the building has a small grocery store and a coffee shop. The flat is spacious and clean. The pillows could be a bit harder....that's my only complain

Constructive criticism. The kitchen needs a bit more space to work in such as a small table as it is just the sink and cooker area.
An instruction sheet on the washing machine and cooker would be helpful.

Overall it is a really good apartment for a short holiday in Prague in Spring and Autumn as it could be hot in Summer.

We had a lovely time in Prague. We stayed in old town, the location is just fantastic. The service is great, thanks to all the staff at Apartmentplan.cz , they are just wonderful.

The apartment is actually a bit worn out than its photo on the website, and the only thing we don't like is there is not washing machine in this apartment, it's a lot of hassle try to get our laundry done with our big family. It can get a bit noisy at night, due to near by local pub, otherwise everything is good!

You can definitely trust this real estate agent, and I strongly recommend to use them!

We rented two 1 bedroom apartments. Our stay was wonderful. The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained and very secure. The location is fabulous (walking distance to all of the popular places). The service was very attentive and friendly. I strongly recommend staying there, and I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. The only reason I am not giving a 10/10 is there were light bulbs out in the bathroom when I arrived, which was a minor inconvenience my first night there. Once I mentioned it, it was fixed within 24 hours.

The apartment is excellent. It has everything you need and more. The weather was hot all through our visit, so we were particularly grateful for the air-conditioning. Vladimir was very helpful. He showed us how everything worked, gave us a map and recommended a restaurant (not too expensive) which we very much enjoyed.

The location is very central. Just a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Lots of cobble stones so take some flat shoes for comfort. The trams are good. You can buy a 90 minute ticket for 32 crowns (from a Tabak). This gives you time to catch a number 9 tram to the other side of the river and then the Funicular up Petrin Hill - all for 32 crowns!.

The transfers to and from the airport couldn't have been better. Drivers very prompt and pleasant.

Rached answered my emails within minutes, even late into the evening. Wonderful service. Thank you.

I thought the apartment was spacious and in a wonderful location! The communication by email with your company was wonderful! Every time I emailed questions the response back was quick and informative. Thank you. We all enjoyed staying in the apartment in Prague and the only thing I would suggest is that the apartment was very sparse with furniture and area rugs. This made the apartment not very cozy or welcoming. Maybe you have speci*** reasons for not having any area rugs or decor but some decor would have made a big difference in comfort. We had a wonderful time and you were great to work with while planning our trip. Thank you!

We have stayed in many apartments on city breaks in Europe and Olivova is by far the best! The standard of the accommodation, layout, comfort and interior design are all outstanding. There are lots of luxury touches too which made our stay extra special.

The other major factor which helped to make our holiday in Prague perfect was the fantastic service and warm welcome we received from Vladimir and Rached - nothing was too much trouble for them.

We will definitely be back!!

A group of 10 of us stayed here for 2 nights in April 2012. The accomodation was superb. Much better than anything I expected. I have stayed in Prague on numerous occasions and have been let down quite often. This was not the case.Accomodation was fantastic, location was great, transfers to and from the airport ran smoothly and we were met on time for arrival and departure by the company representative. Will definately stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending the accomodation / company.

This apartment is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The photos online don't show exactly how huge it is. It is very very large. And all three bedrooms are very nice sized. . The location is also prime--a short walk to the Old Town square and many excellent restaurants. I have stayed in luxury accommodations all over the world and this competes very nicely. I would highly recommend it to any one. --Jane. P.S. there are a couple of differences from what the online listing shows. There is no dryer (just a drying rack) and the washer was tricky. We finally figured it out after poring over the instructions. On the positive side, the beds--listed as queen size--were actually king size beds by American standards.

We stayed here in a stag group (15 of us) and it was perfect for that - cheap, great location, etc.

For the price, we had no complaints at all, but if we were being ultra picky, there were issues with the hot water on the last morning and the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner. But price, location, big group - perfect.

May I also say that the communication with the letting agent was great. Definitely recommend using their transfers as they are competitive in price and reliable and you don't have to worry about picking up or dropping off the keys.

Great apartment, great service! The photos don't really do this apartment justice, it's a big bright apartment with really good quality equipment everywhere. Small details can ruin a stay anywhere so it was great to stay somewhere where everything worked perfectly. Plenty of bedding, towels and hot water. Comfortable, clean sofas and beds. There are many good looking apartments in Prague that on arrival turn out to be a bit more tired and worn looking than in the photos - this wasn't one of themm - everything is better than expected. Highly recomended

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The apartment also benefited from lots of space for our group to sleep/hang out. When booking the staff were very helpful and accommodating. On negative side there was no internet connection to be found in the apartment even though this was advertised and one of the key fobs to open the electric front gate didn't work (but we did have another two sets to choose from). If there is a large group looking to book this apartment then I would certainly recommend that you take advantage of the transfer service that Apartment Plan offer for a relative small price.

Amazing stay. On arrival I rang the contact and immediately was allowed into the room, no need to panic! The location was superb, giving you fantastic access to both the old town and new town, whilst being so close to the Tesco you needn't struggle with the weight of the shopping for long. Well worth arranging private transport via the agent, as this was both cheaper and more luxurious that the cabs at the airport. Would stay here again... The apartment itself was spacious and very secure. It was well cleaned for our arrival. For the price it can't be beaten. This was my 5th visit to Prague and accommodation wise, easily the best

Very satisfied with the high-quality of the property, felt happy to spend time in gorgeous space which has many attractive points. The exterior is elegant style of art nouveau. The location seems apparently outskirts of the Old Town, away from major flow lines of tourists but not inconvenient besides quiet, could feel like a hiding place. The property is located on the top floor of the building, has a terrace-style roof balcony. It has wonderful view of the Old Town--ranges of red roofs.

Everything was exelent! We where amazed when entering the apartment the first time. It was big, clean and different from "normal" apartments. For the first time ever the pictures of an apartment in the bookingstage did not lie! We also had a few local guests over who could not belive that we got such a nice place for that price. The service at the reseption was also outstanding. Exelent info and you could tell that the staff did their best to answer questions and fulfill requests. We will definetly choose Pinkas when visiting Prague the next time

Unfortunately it was a disappointing stay in Prague. I had already expressed that to your management. The crucial utility of all tourists, apart from easy access to their accommodation, is faultless availability of water and showers. The shower head was completely dismantled on our arrival and took over 24 hours to repair it! This should not happen. The quality of mattresses in the second bedroom (not the master one) was abysmal. Obviously the apartment was converted either from a smaller one or subdivided. There is a need for specific instructions about the location of light switches and power points. Whilst Prague was gorgeous our accommodation "hiccups" took off a great deal of pleasure from our trip.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, with a good kitchen, in a good location to reach many of the main attractions and not too far from the tram. Also quiet at night, and with several good places to eat in the square. However, the apartment was completely different from the one described on the website! The website shows that the apartment has two separate bedrooms with independent access to the bathroom and a separate living area, which were specifically what we wanted. The actual apartment had a combined kitchen/diner/2nd bedroom, and access to the bathroom from the main bedroom/lounge was through the kitchen/bedroom. This part was a disappointment for us, and the website is completely misleading about this.

The apartment was extremely spacious and very clean and pristine. For our family of four, there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the skylight views of the city and the river. All the pictures accurately depict the apartment, althought the large openness is more than you can see from the pictures. I would definitely stay at the apartment again, it is very luxurious and a great value. We had one problem with the apartment managers -- our airport transfer went very well but no one came for our transfer to the train station. We had to hail a cab and were rushed to get our train.

We just assumed there would be an internet connection and cable television, so we were constantly looking for internet cafe's, which was not convenient. The furniture was shabby and the air conditioning did not work. We had no way to call the office as there was no connunication in the apt.

The apartment is in a fabulous location with every thing you need or want just downstairs. The house is very good, very preaty and very comfortable. If you need anything you have always someone to help you. One or two more lamps in the living room will make it the best!

The airport pickup was perfect, the driver was waiting for us with the keys to the apartment so he took us straight there. Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The location was sensational with the National Theatre and Charles Bridge only minutes away and whilst public transport was easily available it wasn't really needed such was the central location.Considering the size of this apartment, 2 bedrooms and an upstairs area as well as downstairs the price was very reasonable. The facilities allowed for self catering and the apartment was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely use it again when I visit Prague later in the year.

Everything was great, the apartment was superb, really nice, spacious and great design; everything was clean and proper and last but not least, it was very well located. Nevertheless, I think we should tell you hat the TV (may be it was the satellite) did not work; as well as the wifi connection. And we could not open the terrace doors; in one of them the handle was missing; and the other one could not be opened, the handle didn?t open properly (anyway it was too cold to be outside). The airport transfer was also great, really comfortable and on time. Thank you for everything and hope to go back soon!

Also, a lot of stuff (lamps) was broken - worsten the aspect of the house which is nice, instead.

The appartment was excellently placed,just a few minutes from the Town Square. A good place to stay if you don't want a rowdy area. Our only small complaint is that a dvd player would have been useful as the only English speaking channel was BBC World News.

We all loved the location of the apartment relative to the old town square and the metro station. It was easy for us to visit the many tourist locations and it was easy for us to attend our conference. We loved the church bells. If I go back to Prague, I will definitely reserve again in Templova. Vladimir was very nice and very helpful. Wifi access was very much appreciated. Overall, my roommates and I enjoyed the apartments!

My friends and I were satisfied for the value and comfort that we got. Point to note: A light display to show that the office is opened. I tried to knock on the office door to make payment one day but no one attended to me. Probably the office was "closed" at the opening hours.

Hi Rached, Our experience with the apartment booking, information & payment was very good. The apartment was very clean and had all the features we were expecting. Our only negative comment was the strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupants that lingered in the apartment and especially in the bedding. This was a bit unpleasant for a non-smoking family. The pick up that was booked on our arrival in Prague at the main railway station could have been improved by nominating a specific pick-up point (eg: at the Hungry Jacks cafe). Apparently the platfrom our train arrived on was changed at the last minute and the driver told us he therefore did not know where to meet us. However, after two phone calls all was resolved and we were transferred to the apartment. Overall, we had a very good experience. Thank you.

The location was great and service in terms of organising a transfer to and from the airport. Correspondance over email was also good. However, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and asked if this was appropriate for taking a baby too. Apartment Josefov is not a 2 bedroom apartment! It is a 1 bedroom apartment, with another area that has been created as a 2nd bedroom. This 2nd bedroom area has no door, therefore cannot be closed off. This caused us great concern, and we were very disappointed by this development as it really affected our stay in Prague. We explicitly needed and requested a 2 bedroom apartment as we were travelling with a baby who needs quiet, day sleeps and her own room. Overall this tainted our stay in Prague as the logistics of not having two seperate bedrooms caused us inconvenience which could have been avoided. Regards, Prue

This was a great location! Close to everything! Our only complaint was the Queen bed on the main floor was broken and the futon mattress was under it to help keep it together. It would have been nice to have the futon available for extra seating in the livingroom. There are 4 great single beds upstairs! Plus it would be nice to have a buzzer in the apartment to open the outside gate for guests that arrive early in the morning before it is unlocked for the day. Otherwise we had a great stay! Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We stayed at Pinkas Apartments I in May 2010. We were very very satisfied with the apartment number 6 we were staying at. The apartment is very spacious, the rooms were clean. We had all necessary utensils. Beds are very comfortable. The only one complaint is that the towels were very old and worn-out, but they were clean anyway. The apartment is overlooking the Krementcova street so we enjoyed the view of the ancient U Fleku beer restaurant. The Pinkas Apartments have a brilliant location ? just 10-15 min walk to the Staromestsky Namesti. We were arriving to Prague by car and had booked the parking place in the inner yard in advance which was very wise. The staff was extremely helpful ! I would recommend Pinkas Apartment to anybody who would like to stay in Prague in the apartment in the quiet but centrally located place with the perfect amenities.

The only downside is that the office and the apartment are separated so you have to go to the office to get the keys before coming back to the apartment. One minor thing is that we asked for a couple of clean towels and didn't get them. The bath/shower does not have a curtain or sufficient way of preventing water from getting on the floor. And lastly, the Pinkas II apartment was substantially larger, making what we paid seem inappropriately higher for the amount of space. Thank you.

Thank you, yes we did enjoy our stay in Prague but it was blighted by the volacnic ash problem. The apartment was clean and tidy and well maintained. However, we would have liked a little more assistance when we arrived. It would have been nice if one of your staff could have accompanied us to the apartment on our arrival. We did struggle to get to the right apartment and ended up on a landing with no way out. Being two ladies on our own we would have appreciated it if someone had come with us to guide us to our apartment. The lift as we left was not working and we had to trolley our bags down four flight of stairs which did not help.

The apartment was large and well-situated. It certainly has the potential to be a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, there are multiple drawbacks. Firstly it smells strongly of cigarette smoke, and the smoke appears to be vented into the apartment constantly. This was so bad that our kids coughed through the night. Secondly, there is no building security and there were drunks screaming and fighting right outside our door in the early hours of the morning on about 3 out of 7 nights. On one of the nights, they smashed a window. This terrified my children, but when we informed the apartment owners, they offered no apology, and indeed didn't seem to care. The apartment was also generally dirty, and some of the furniture was broken. Very disappointing particularly as we feared for our safety during the stay.

Overall the apartment was very nice, very spacious and modern. We also love the location (close to city center). Some repair need to be done (floors & cupboard doors). The kitchen utensils also need to be renewed (the teflon layer of the fryer peel out and contaminated the food. The washing machine was broken and spill water everywhere until I closed the valve. I made the report the next day @ the receptionist office, but nobody come to fix it until we checked out 2 days later. The stairs is a bit dangerous for young children.

We were very happy with the apartment and the location. We did encounter a few small problems: 1. It was not clear to us that we could have paid in euros, which would have been much more convenient than paying in korunas. Paying by credit card would have been even better, although that was clear from the start. 2. When we arrived at reception, everything was very confused. We did not appear to be expected, although we had emailed our arrival information. Also, although we were given the address of the apartment building, when we arrived there we discovered that the apartment was not marked with the name "de la Beaute," and we had not received any information about the apartment number. The taxi had already left, so my husband had to stay at the apartment building with our suitcases, while I walked back to the reception (over 1/2 kilometre) to find out this information. At that time, we were given the letter from the apartment owner with all the information about the apartment. 3. We were initially provided with only one set of keys. The reason for this was explained to us as being because someone had lost a set, and so there were only two sets left. This posed two problems: a. there were four of us in the apartment, so having only one set would be very inconvenient, and b. we were worried that the apartment was not very secure. We were able to provide a deposit and receive a second set of keys, but were still careful not to leave anything of great value in the apartment. 4. We did have a problem with the hot-water tank, which left us without hot water for a night. We were able to solve it, but would have appreciated knowing about the unfamiliar controls. 5. The kitchen could have been better-stocked with cooking utensils. There were no sharp knives or other items for food preparation such as oven mitts or spatulas. All of these problems were minor, and did not detract greatly from our enjoyment of our stay in your beautiful city.

The only concern I have was that I wanted a double bed but instead there were two single beds pushed together which kep moving apart during the night, which made it relatively uncomfortable. I am returning to Prague in two weeks time, and would still like to use your company as everything else was perfect, I will just request that I get a double bed in the future instead of two single matresses. Apartment Old Town Square II (Two bedroom apartment for up to 8 guests)
The whole experience was just a pleasure, from the online enquiries, communication for change of dates and arrival pickups, to the acutal accommodation. There wasn't a bit of worry and I felt as if I had owned the whole survice team to work for me. The service is most appreciated. The apartment is so spacious for the whole family. It says two bedroom, but double the size of whatever you are imagining. And there is the washing machine and the free internet. What more can one expect on tour? The location is so convenient, right in the centre just behind the old town square, so we could take a short walk around anytime (anytime) we felt like to, totally effortless. If you travel with a family (or in a group), don't forget to book their airport pickup service. It is no more expensive than calling a taxi on the street, and they are there any hour for you, with a big Mec (in our case), taking you right to the doorstep of your apartment. It is highly recommended.

The apartment Jungmann I was beautiful with all the amenities and the location was great since all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance plus there was a MacDonalds right below the apartment, a KFC across the street and a sandwich shop nearby (my kids staple diet is fast food). We had a wonderful time in Prague and the apartment was great, everything else was great and if were to come again to prague we would definitely stay in the same apartment thanks. Philip V.

These apartments are fantastic. We had two two-bedroom apartments and both families were very happy. The building is centrally located making it at walking distance to just everything. We were there for Christmas and management delivered a decorated tree to both apartments and a bottle each. What a lovely gesture. The only problem was leaving :-)

Had a wonderful Christmas break, we are hoping to come back to Prague one day and would definitely make use of your services again, you were extremely helpful prior to our arrival, the transport services were excellent, the guy was on time, car was nice and clean and driver friendly. The location is great, close to everything and we had a really enjoyable time. Prague is amaging. We did rub the statue on Charles Bridge's foot, so we will surely be back. :-)

We very much enjoyed the apartment Masna I. It was large, clean, and quiet and accessible to many sights in Prague. One suggestion I would offer is to have some written directions for the washing machine since it's very different from those used in the U.S. We used it, but the cycle took 4 hours which couldn't possibly be the way it should run. You might have a maintenance person take a look at it. One other little detail that you might share with Americans before leaving your office is that the door latch needs to be turned TWICE around to unlock the door, not once as we are used to. I know the information is in the packet, but we didn't read the packet before going to the apartment and it was rather frustrating trying to get in after a long flight and in the dark hallway. We would definitely come back and stay in that apartment or another. Thanks for your kind service.

Karlova 33 apartment was lovely and spacious but there were no instructions on how to operate the heating or lighting. We found that before the cooker worked the lights had to be turned on and we could not turn on any of the main lights in the bedrooms. A sheet with instructions would have helped. Otherwise a great apartment in a central location and good value.

Although we were a bit confused at first upon entering the apartment building ... part of Hotel Elysee ... we were very pleased with the accommodations and the security features. We found the apartment to be very quiet at night which was good for sleeping. Everything was extremely clean and orderly. We were told that there would be an oven but as hard as we searched we couldn't find it!! Also were expecting laundry service but not offered or mentioned. Very convenient location, very nice apartment and furnishings indeed.

The apartment was in a great location right in the Old Town of Prague, just minutes from the main square. The apartment is large, clean and had all the amenities needed. Being able to arrange a transfer from the airport take us to the office and then the apartment was also very helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage at the office for safekeeping as we were not leaving Prague until late in the evening. My only suggestion would be to leave information for guests regarding where to get groceries, internet cafe and maybe some restaurant recommendations etc. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Prague. Thank-you.

12 of us travelled from Ireland and stayed in apartment ve smeckach for a weekend and it was perfect. First they had arranged for us all to be picked up at the airport and dropped us off right at the airport where we were greeted by this dude who showed us around the apartment and gave us all a key...very handy! The apartments themselves were class very clean, very spacious with fantastic facilities. Can't speak highly enough of this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Prague as it is also situated slap bang in the centre of the new town square.Great city,great apartment and a great time!

Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and had all the amenities available. It was very centrally located. Unfortunately there was building construction and it was very noisy early in the morning. Check in time was 2pm and we arrived at 10am, so there was a long wait to get to the apartment, the check in clerk was not very pleasant. Overall it was a very good stay, and would probably stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. There were a couple of minor issues such as door handles not being properly attached to internal doors and the door handle in the bathroom was too close to the wall which made it very difficult to open from the inside, however, on the whole we were very impressed for what we got for our money. Great apartment, close to the river in a quiet but central location. Just a 10 minute stroll accross the bridge to the square or explore the castle and 'eiffel tower' on the apartment side of the river. The apartment itself is large, with tall ceilings and plenty of room for a big group. Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but on the whole it was clean and came equipped with everything you need; an ideal base to explore Prague. Would recommend the booking agents too - hassle free transfers to and from the apartment, early check-in and easy payment. All in all we were very happy customers!

Nice big 3-bedroom, apartments with convenient location, nice view on the river & comfortable beds. Ourrating is 4/5. There is some little cavils, maybe useful to someone: if you had a light sleep choose bedroom farest from entrance - sounds from stairs may be loud; take iron and hairdryer from home if you need it; internet connection is wired, socket is in living room, near tv-set; there was no frying pan in kitchen (but who wants to cook in Prague? )

The appartment was very nice and central, everyone very helpful and responded immediately to any problems e.g. there were no extra blankets in the appartment, the safe had been left shut by the previous occupants, the coffee machine was missing - all this was sorted out with minimal fuss, but may I suggest that these things are all checked off a check list before new occupants arrive? The kitchen was adequate and apart from the missing coffee machine well equipped (although some tea towels would be nice).

L'appartement est tres propre, spacieux, silencieux, situé au bord du fleuve, face a la maison qui danse (Fred et Ginger). A moins de 10 minutes a pied des transports en commun (métro ou tram)et a 15 minutes a pied du pont Charles. Location parfaite a tous points de vue. Nous étions 6 dans 140 m2.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, quiet, located on the the river side, opposite the dancing house (Fred and Ginger). Less than 10 minutes walk from public transport (tram or underground) and 15 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Perfect location from all points of view. We were 6 in 140 m2.

Everything about the apartment was good except for the hot water (it took a while for the boiler to prepare hot water). In rest, everything was perfect: very spacious apartment, great location, very comfortable beds, very good kitchen facilities and perfect bathroom facilities (except for the hot water). The only really sensible subject is that of parking. The fact that we had to ensure parking by ourselves (the owner helped us by providing us with a few suggestions) was a real problem. In rest, Thank you very much for providing us with GREAT conditions at a good value for our money.

Apartment Janacek III (Three bedroom apartment for 8 guests - max 12)
These apartments are NOT suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties! The apartment are gorgeous spacious and clean. They have high ceilings jacuzzi bath power shower. Heating balcony and comfy beds. The location is brilliant and quieter than the tourist bit. But due to the high ceilings they are noisy and we were woken each night by large groups getting in after us. King wensaslas apartments responded to my emails day or night and were very good however the apartments are actually owned by another firm who have slightly different prices and the two don't seem to communicate too well. They also use a third party for transfers so check costs and they will bill you to move your luggage from apartment to office on check out day so take it over yourself. Basically if stairs aren't a problem (lift stops between floors) take ear plugs and print out confirmation documents with agreed prices and you'll have a good time in a gorgeous apartment.
