The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO CHARGES if the reservation is cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date (no manipulation fee!). In case of No-Show ( not arriving at the apartment) or cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will charge from the credit card the price of the first night of accommodation.
For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according to the confirmation voucher.
The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
