Note: The bathroom and the toilet are shared during working hours with our administrative staff (2 pers), there is nobody during night. The studio is of course separate and completely private.

Guests can check-in starting at 14h00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night. If you happen to arrive in the morning and your apartment is not ready, you can leave your bags in our office.
Additional information
The price include everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!
Minimum stay:

Easter = 4 nights
New Year = 6 nights
The pick-up of keys and the payment will be at the reception desk situated at Vaclavske Namesti 36, Prague 1 - Mark & Spencer building - (24 hours open office), the entrance is on the left side under sign "ACCOMMODATION".
The payment can be done in Czech Crowns and Euros. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB credit cards. Note that it is not possible to charge the amount in EURO currency to your credit card as the local banks do not provide this service. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING IN CASH. The charge on your credit card is influenced by the bank fee and exchange rate differences, which causes that the final amount converted back in EUR by your bank is higher. For payment by credit card we add 3%.
Please notice that an amount of 50 EUR (as a deposit for the keys) will be required at your arrival. This amount will be refunded to you at the end of your stay (when you return back the keys).
Damage deposit more than 6 persons in one apartment = 150 EUR.
Late check out (advance notice required) till 15h00 = 25 EUR, till 18h00 (max) = 40 EUR .
Baggage room: for free.
Children under 12 years free of charge (baby cot provided free).
Full service housekeeping every 4 days (included in the price).
Additional general housekeeping available for 12 EUR.
Parking = 18 EUR per day, reservation needed.

The guest will pay directly at the reception office.
The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO MANIPULATION FEE.
Cancellations terms:
Cancellation 24 hours before arrival or NO SHOW we charge 80% from whole stay amount
Cancellation 3-1 days before arrival we charge 100% of the first night's rental
Cancellation fee will be automatically discounted from your credit card.
For groups and peak season's reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
All price are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility. In this case the rate will be converted according to the actual exchange rates quoted by the Czech National Bank.
The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
For payment by credit card we add 3%.
