Additional information
The prices include everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!
Cleaning before check-in and after check-out are included in the price. Extra cleaning on request and for a fee (150 CZK / 6,25 EUR only cleaning and 250 CZK / 10,45 EUR cleaning, bed sheets and towels change).

No show or cancellation 24 hours before arrival: whole stay charge
Cancellation fee will be automatically discounted from your credit card.
For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.

The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
