A comfortable one bedroom apartments, well suited for a small family or group visiting Prague. The apartments are very well situated. Within minutes by tram of the apartment you can be at the Prague exhibition grounds, the Stromovka park and its gardens, the Holesovice market where you can do all of your shopping, as well as enjoy one of the many outdoor cafes or restaurants and so much more. The Old Town is only 15 minutes away on foot.
Each of the apartments features contemporary amenities and furnishings, and is equipped with a range of modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Walk 2 minutes and you will be at the tram Stop Nabrezi Kapitana Jarose. A 7 minutes walk will take you to the underground station Vltavska.

The check-in and the pick-up of the keys will be at the reception desk located at Bilkova 18 - Prague 1 (50 meters from the apartment) by prior arrangement with the owner.
No pets allowed in apartments.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge, ages 3 to 6 years 50% discount, ages 6 to 15 years 20% discount.
We provide a discount of 10% for a stay of 4 to 6 nights and 15% for a stay of 7 to 14 nights. More than 15 nights ask for a special price.

Payment conditions: You will be required to pay for the accommodation when you arrive in cash (CZK or EUR), due to technical reasons we don`t accept cards. Thank you for your comprehension. Rates are fixedly stated in EUR including taxes and fees. There is no extra charge for our service. Prices in foreign currencies may slightly change depending on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your payment.
The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO CHARGES if the reservation is cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date (no manipulation fee!). In case of No-Show ( not arriving at the apartment) or cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, the accommodation facility will charge from the credit card the price of the first night of accommodation.
For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according to the confirmation voucher.
The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
