The apartment Pinkas III is located on the third floor in a building without lift.
There are 2 apartments (Apartment Pinkas I and Apartment Pinkas II ), almost similar in features and furnishing, so it is possible to accommodate up to 15 people in the same building.

Check in times
Check-in is at 15h00 and check-out is at 11h00.
Guests can check-in starting at 15h00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night. If you happen to arrive in the morning and your apartment is not ready, you can leave your bags in our office.
Additional information
The price include everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!
All major credit cards are accepted.
If your stay will be longer than a week, ask about our special weekly / monthly rates.
Minimum stay:
Weekend = 3 nights
Easter = 4 nights
New Year = 5 nights
Policies & disclaimers
The guest will pay directly at the office.
The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO MANIPULATION FEE.
The cancellation policy is 5 days before arrival. In case you break these terms an amount equivalent to the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee will be automatically discounted from your credit card.
A deposit of EUR 40 / 1000 CZK is required for each set of keys - The deposit will be refunded at the check out.
For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according tothe confirmation voucher.
The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
