Check-in is at 15h00 and check-out is at 11h00.

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment is empty on the previous night.

Check-out is no later then 11 a.m. If you need to stay longer we can offer you an extra half day for half the price, or you can store your luggage in our office.

Additional information

The price include everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!

All major credit cards are accepted.

If your stay will be longer than a week, ask about our special weekly / monthly rates.

Minimum stay: 2 nights
Easter = 3 nights
From April 26th to June 04th = 3 nights
New Year = 5 nights

The guest will pay and pick up the keys directly at the reception desk situated at Holeckova street 13 - Prague 5.

The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO MANIPULATION FEE.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge

Cancellation fee will be automatically discounted from your credit card.

Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.

All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according to the confirmation voucher.

The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
