Check-in is at 14h00 and check-out is at 11h00.

Guests can check-in starting at 14h00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night.

Minimum stay 3 nights required (shorter booking are accepted - a surcharge may be added)

The price include everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!

Stays for 1 to 4 nights: one night guarantee is required at the time of making reservation by credit card authorization.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation announcement received more than 7 days before arrival - No charge
Cancellation announcement received 7 days and less before arrival or no show - We charge one night rate.
Cancellation fee will be automatically charged from your credit card.

Stays for 5 to 9 nights: deposit in the sum of 25% of accommodation total is required at the time of making reservation - The deposit will be automatically charged from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Cancellation announcement received more than 28 days before arrival - No charge
Cancellation announcement received 28 - 14 days before arrival - We charge 15%.
Cancellation announcement received 14 days or less before check-in or no show - We charge 25%.
Cancellation percentage apply to the accommodation total.
Cancellation fee will be automatically charged from your credit card.

Cancellation announcement received 50 - 28 days before arrival - We charge 15%.
Cancellation announcement received 28 days or less before check-in or no show - We charge 25%.
Cancellation percentage apply to the accommodation total.
Cancellation fee will be automatically charged from your credit card.

Stays for more than 21 days: deposit in the sum of 25% of accommodation total is required at the time of making reservation - Cancellation conditions are subject of mutual agreement based on the length of your stay, please contact info@apartmentplan.cz for more information.

For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.

All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according to the confirmation voucher.

The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
