The house is very well located because of its proximity to the Old Town Square, the Jewish Town and the Charles Bridge. The Republic Square is just 8 minutes away and provides a good connection to public transport (Underground, tramway & sightseeing bus).
The apartments are fully equipped and will ensure you a comfortable stay. The TV-Set with cable access and WiFi Broadband Internet Access are free of charge. The well known Parizska street with its luxury boutiques is just around the corner. The Lesser Town is just 12 minutes of walking away. The check-in and the pick-up of the keys will be at the reception desk located at Bilkova 18 - Prague 1 (50 meters from the apartment) by prior arrangement with the owner.
No pets allowed in apartments.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge, ages 3 to 6 years 50% discount, ages 6 to 15 years 20% discount.
We provide a discount of 10% for a stay of 4 to 6 nights and 15% for a stay of 7 to 14 nights. More than 15 nights ask for a special price.

Payment conditions: You will be required to pay for the accommodation when you arrive in cash (CZK or EUR), due to technical reasons we don`t accept cards. Thank you for your comprehension. Rates are fixedly stated in EUR including taxes and fees. There is no extra charge for our service. Prices in foreign currencies may slightly change depending on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your payment.
The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO CHARGES if the reservation is cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date (no manipulation fee!). In case of No-Show ( not arriving at the apartment) or cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, the accommodation facility will charge from the credit card the price of the first night of accommodation.
For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according to the confirmation voucher.
The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
