This studio apartment of 40 m2, is located in the heart of the Andel City, within an easy walking distance to the Lesser Town with its historical sights, and a short tube ride away from the Wenceslas Square. The apartment itself is charming and furnished with all the necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.
The area offers a wide range of trendy pubs, bars, all type of restaurants, night life, a shopping mall, cinemas and excellent transport links, that means the entire city is within easy reach. The apartment is just 2 minutes away from Andel, which is an important traffic junction for the public transport with underground station and tramway stop.

Guests can check-in starting at 15h00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night.
Additional information
The price includes everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!
The cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is made once a week free of charge, but it can also be made upon request more frequently (in this case it costs 20 EUR).
Secure parking for 15 EUR per day or free parking at the street in front of the building.
Please note that we don`t accept credit cards. Payment should be cash at the arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Policies & disclaimers
The guest will pay directly at the hotel.
The credit card details are requested ONLY to guarantee the guest`s arrival. NO MANIPULATION FEE and NO CHARGES if the reservation is cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date (no manipulation fee!). In case of No-Show ( not arriving at the apartment) or cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, the accommodation facility will charge from the credit card the price of the first night of accommodation.
For groups and peak season's reservations (Easter, New Year's Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the accommodation facility according tothe confirmation voucher.
The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
