We kindly remind you that young groups (under 30 years) and parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.  Due to serious problems with the neighbors we have to apply this condition and we will not accept such kind of travellers at their arrival.

Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.

All prices are given in EUR. The payment could be realized in CZK (Czech Crown) if requested by the owner of the apartment.

The accommodation facility reserves the right to pre-authorize (not charge) the credit card for the value of the first night (in order to check the credit card validity and to guarantee the reservation).
